Midcoast Literacy's 2025 Annual Meeting & Celebration will be held in Bath on Saturday, May 17th, celebrating all of our successes in the local community over the past year and the people who help make them happen.

Now that spring is here, it is time again for our Annual Meeting and Celebration. Come celebrate with us as we look back on 2024 and highlight some of the great progress being made by our tutors and learners. This family-friendly event is an afternoon of food, outdoor games, awards, free books, and more. The Midcoast Literacy Annual Meeting and Celebration will be an outdoor cookout on the lawn outside our offices, and we invite all tutors, learners, supporters, community partners, and family members to join us. We hope you can come!

Midcoast Literacy’s 2025 Annual Meeting and Celebration

WHEN: Saturday, May 17th; 4:00-6:00pm WHERE: Outdoors on the lawn at our offices at 9 Park Street; Bath, ME. WHO'S INVITED: All our tutors, learners, donors, supporters, and their families are invited to attend. WHAT TO BRING: Attendees are invited to bring a favorite side dish or dessert to share if you’d like (staff and board members will be cooking up food on the grill for everyone). Lawn chairs are recommended as the event will be outdoors with limited seating. TO RSVP: e-mail admin@midcoastlit.org and let us know you’ll be coming We will also have outdoor games for the kids, awards to give away, and free books available! Our goal for this Annual Celebration is to have a fun, outdoor gathering where you might meet a few new people, share a favorite food from your family, and celebrate everyone’s achievements from the past year. We’ll also be giving out awards recognizing the “Outstanding Tutor” and “Outstanding Learners” from 2024, and our staff and board will give some very brief updates on MCL’s work in the community.
